As stated in the title, today was my first day of classes. How'd it go? It was absolutely wonderful!! I had a great time, met a bunch of people. It was awesome.
My pre-calc teacher is fun already, he sent us on a scavenger hunt for our syllabus quiz which is due I don't know when. I finished it because I had extra time today to do nothing. He is also the owner of Rocky II the Victorian Bull Dog that is our live mascot. It's super neat. He has a beard that he puts a tie in. He also wears converses. When we were having our convocation. He was wearing robs and converse underneath. On top of this, I recognize stuff on this. I think my only problem is understanding graphs.
My chemistry teacher is in Boston right now. My friend and I thought he was British through his video, but it turns out he's Australian. There's like a weird slight difference between the two. I think I will be fine in this class too because I actually remember shit. Example: Why does oxygen bond with other elements? Because it has 1 electron thingy, and it needs to find a mate to stabilize. Something like that.
My U.S History teacher stared at me the entire time. I think it's because I'm one of the few people that looked him in his eye and he knew my name. It was kinda creepy how he knew my name before I even told him it. Apparently he could recognize me according to my picture.
I found a few good friends so far. I'm not sure I'm going to have many friends in class. The girl with snakebites has a name. It's Sasha or something like that. She's in my U.S history class (we're like the youngest people there) and she's actually really nice. Maybe I judged her too? I'm not sure. She does smoke though which is gross, and I hate it.
I found people to eat with and go to the gym with, and that makes me extremely happy. I don't like being alone. Today we went to Zumba. It was a blast even though I look retarded because I'm really tall and kind of chunky. Tomorrow is kick boxing, and I'm super stoked about it. Wednesday is Zumba again, and Thursday is kick boxing again. I hope to eventually have a super tone stomach and than tell my ex boyfriend about it and be like, bitch, look what you DON'T have now.
Speaking of Alan, I've decided I'll treat him like Joe, except with a bit more distance. This means anything super duper exciting, or important I will tell him about it. I will also randomly say hi. I think I can handle this. I think I'm mature enough and I've had a bit of time to let go. I mean, if I saw him with another lady I'd probably end up dosing up on a lot of nyquil on the weekends. (Yes I would wait lol)
I found a ride to the Unitarian Universalist Church, so I'm happy about that. I'm just waiting on her reply to know if I have to pitch in for gas or anything. If so, I'm okay with that.
Now I'm starting to get tired so this is good.
Wheee night
